The Flora Kuta Bali Hotel - Kuta (Bali)

Quiet location away from loud traffic.

The hotel is quite old and run down, disappointing. There were cracks and mold on the walls in my room. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and I noticed several areas that needed a deep clean.

Location Great Staff friendly made you feel welcome very clean. Great hotel value for money definately booking again .

The location offered was great just off Very close to the beach, Close to Kuta beach and other entertainments.

Balcony shared with smokers, limited privacy.

Too much in a confined area, but would recommend for short term stay.

I dealt with broken tiles and cockroaches, but the pool was nice enough to enjoy.

The only thing I liked,was the fact it was close to kuta square!

This hotel is the worst ive every sayed at!!!! I do understand that it is a 3 star ,but to me it would struggle to meet a 1 star!!.the rooms smelt of mould,the bathroom was wet and mouldy,the towels also smelt as they wernt washed properly,the aircon was that noisey we could not use it at night,making the room very hot.the advertised a swim up pool,there is not one!!!the breakfeast was supose to be a american style,it was noodles,rice,vegies,as for dinner it was no better!the staff spend all day cleaning,sweaping etc,ther is no customer service wots so ever,you have to walk out the front to get a beer for your self,i was told by management that we could order and staff would bring them to us ,waited a hr ,never came,they tryed to charge me 11% charges on my bills,charged us to be picked up and taken back to airport,200,000 rup ,a taxi will cost you maybe 50,000 all up,there is contruction going on,starting at 6.30 am,the noise is terrable,in all it wasnt very pleasnt,and iwould not stay again or reconmend it!!!!!

Not a big busy hotel wit many people, so its a gd plc 4 me to relax. Well maintain n clean, staff is frendly n helpful.

The staff were super friendly, and our room was nice and big with a comfy bed. The brekkie was lekker, especially that Nasi Goreng! Plus, the WiFi was fast-always a win!

Just a bit noisy at night with motorbikes whizzing past.

Location is quite near to the beach.

No hair dryer in the room. When apporach the front desk they gave me a spoil one and also a spoil universal plug. Very disaapointed with the services provided. Totally different from what they advertise in the website.

Clean and spacious rooms. Nice swimming pool, good location.

First night only cold water! We asked for airport pick up on Booked.net by adding a comment but hotel didn't react.

The staff was cute, always ready to assist with a smile, made our stay feel special.

The absence of a phone in the room made it inconvenient to request assistance without physically going down to the lobby.
